Q i am trying to gather some ideas on how to fix a chesterfield couch that our dog chewed a hole in.

Try changing out the toys and bones once to twice a month so they do not become bored with the same toys. Depending on the specific structure material and color or pattern of your couch you can easily fix munch marks by adding fill and fabrics. This is another example of anxious behavior and one that can and should be coached out of your dog. Whether your pooch is just chewing the corner of the carpet or totally dismantling your favorite chair it sucks and you re mad.

We had the couch for 15 minutes and apparently the previous owner had dogs which our dog thought were residing in the middle of the couch.
