Very frustrating at the time because i had food all ready to be cooked in the oven. 20 reviews of black diamond appliance services i called for my refrigerator and they gave me an appointment right away the technician andy came and was very professional and knowledgeable he diagnosed the problem and repaired it. This occurred back in january 2014. Technician arrived on time replacing part ordered and total cost was at fair price.

Original review posted in 2018. 15 reviews of diamond appliance service my only contact with diamond was repairman herman who came right on time did what he said he d do and followed up on a second repair in a timely manner. I will definitely recommend black diamond appliance for all major appliances. I called diamondstar and customer service is excellent.

Kenneth did a great job diagnosing our problem and got our washer up and running quickly. Read more i had a problem with my dishwasher and called diamond appliance repair daniel was awesome jackie and marilyn were awesome great company great prices great service honest reliable work i. I would use this company for any appliance i needed repair or service. Diamond took excellent care of us and our fridge repair.
